Update: Newark Cancels Curfew – NOW DROP THE CHARGES!
North Jersey is reporting that the curfew has been lifted – good news. We must press forth width the demand: DROP THE CHARGES FOR THE ALLEGED CURFEW VIOLATIONS AND RELATED TO THAT FRAUDULENT REPRESSION! I have taken down the report about the noise protest tomorrow as that might not be relevant.

Politicians have been powerless to stop the poisoning and starvation under their noses at Delaney Hall on Doremus in Newark NJ. Very specifically Ras Baraka has been thoroughly INEFFECTIVE in his attempts to stop abuses there. Now he is using his power to stop the more effective fight – the hunger and work strikers inside the death camp facility and the support outside the facility by those protesting and slowing down ICE terrorization with the gate blockade.
Baraka is DOING NOTHING about the starvation and lack of medical care. He had his grandstand a year back- his brush up but right now he HAS NO ACTION against the system and its human harm collaborators who ARE MURDERING the captives. He only takes action against those who are taking action to stop the murder – that Newark is complicit in permitting to take place within Newark.
So now Newark police will be PROTECTING the murderous operation from 9pm to 6 am. They are taking over the night shift of repression and taking a break from their real job of keeping drugs off the street and grandparents and children safe. They are giving the ICE thugs that have been beating and using a half dozen weapons on those at the gate nights off going forward. NJSP and Newark introduced several more weapons on Friday May 29.
Newark police, NJSP, Ras Baraka, Mikie Sherrill have no effective action to stop the forced starvation by a death camp in NJ – yet here they come with guns and bombs against an unarmed resistance – the attack on the protest is also an attack on the hunger and work strikers inside the facility.
First Sherrill and the NJ State Police attack and now Baraka with the threat of arrests for protected speech activity during his likely illegal curfew – they are complicit with the NSPM-7 designs of the Trump administration. They will make local cases against protesters on minor charges – curfew violations – and the feds will then add the worse possible federal charges and felonies they think they can stick. That is exactly the NSPM-7 method and Baraka, Sherrill and NJ Democratic Party are exactly 100% complicit – handing us off to Trump!
