Who He? Unmasked Suit at Delaney 11pm-ish 5/28. Trump Official?

This editor experienced severe repression at Delaney Hall 5.28- pepper sprayed twice – the second time severely. I am documenting not to self aggrandize but to put it on the public record – in the event of change of government I am a witness and a victim and I will press charges against those responsible for my eyes and body being damaged in this way.

The purpose of this article is to ask who is this white guy in a suit and no mask, bearded and seemingly smugly overlooking the harm operation the US government is conducting at the front gate of a harm factory where worms and mold is being fed to captives being illegally held.

Perhaps he is a representative of the Trump administration – Trump has taken interest on the Delaney situation.
