On Wednesday November 12, 4pm at the FBI complex on corner of McCarter Highway North and Centre Place there will be what organizers are calling a “public hearing” outside the building to call for NJ to prevent police participation in the Trump signed National Security Presidential Memorandum 7 (NSPM7). NSPM7 defines 10 categories of opinions to be criteria of placing American citizens and residents as well as organizations on a secret “domestic terrorist” list. The categories include if you are “anti-” either Christianity, American or capitalist, “extremist on” immigration, race or gender. believe in “overthrowing” the US government, or opposed to “traditional American values” on the matters of religion, morals or family. NSPM7 can place you on a secret domestic terrorist for one or more of those personal beliefs, determined by social media postings and first amendment protected speech participation – using AI to do the determination.
The determination would not be based upon any criminal acts of those targeted or any actual involvement in terrorism. AI processing of social media data and information from police departments from throughout the US will be used and the information processed by AI to add our names to these secret domestic terrorist lists without any evidence of wrongdoing, trial, judge, jury or an attempt to mount a defense – purely based upon the NSPM7 proclamation and the AI determination by hi tech firms like Palantir. Palantir has been involved in creating similar lists for Israel to conduct operations in Gaza and now powers the ICE terror against our communities will determine who gets added to the domestic terrorist list.
The criteria is not any criminal act being committed but the First Amendment protected thoughts and ideas and speech and activity of an individual can result in such placement. NSPM7 provides for collaboration with the Joint Terrorist Task Forces (JTTF) – elite police units that are coordinated by the FBI .
Many, probably most, NJ police departments are participants in the JTTF security teams so NSPM7 will be deploying local police forces as a repressive and unconstitutional retaliatory action force against us for our free speech protected ideas and participation. Pam Bondi has also been tasked by Trump to request help from police departments across the USA to create the NSPM-7 Domestic Terrorist lists.
According to US AG Pam Bondi, talking in front of Trump at an “ANTIFA Roundtable” discussion, US attacks on domestic terrorists will be similar to those being carried out on those being labeled as cartel terroristswithout evidence and apparently being summarily executed in boats off of Venezuela and Colombia.NJ community members have formed NO COMPLICITY NJ to urge NJ’s Attorney General and Governor to issue directions to NJ police not to participate and comply with demands or requests from the US Attorney General or federal government for assistance and data support regarding the unconstitutional NSPM7.
The effort also is urging local municipal governments to similarly forbid participation of their police forces including their JTTF elite team members from participation in the free speech unconstitutional repression.No Complicity NJ has obtained a permit from the CIty of Newark for a legal protected free speech event on Wednesday November 12, 4pm. The format of the event will not be a typical rally but will be organized more as a public hearing. Speakers are being invited to present 3 – 5 minute prepared statements calling upon NJ not to be complicit in our repression.
A professional videographer will record the testimony and the videos will be used to continue to continue .

The hearing will also denounce what organizers call the “ICE terror throughout NJ” and “the escalation toward war against the nations and people of Latin America” .
According to FightBackBetter.com editor Bob Witanek who is one of the founders of No Complicity NJ, “Given the almost absolute, and eerie, media silence in NJ and at the national level, many NJ folks find this news incredulous that we can come under military attack – we can be treated as if we are cartel terrorists, according to US Attorney General Pam Bondi, if we are falsely and secretly labeled as “domestic terrorists” The label will be applied, not because of any crime, any evidence or trial or judge or jury, without any rights to confront an accuser. The determination will be made by AI programming of hi-tech firms like Palantir, the same company that powered Israel’s genocide in Gaza and is providing the engine for the ICE terror impacting communities in NJ and throughout the nation.
Palantir’s AI will churn through troves of social media and police protest data to sentence us to harm and we will not even know until police or military comes for us.
Our hearing on November 12 could very well be the first organized action to denounce NSPM7 in NJ or maybe across the US. Hopefully the powers that be will recognize the danger and do everything possible to keep NJ names off the NSPM7 illegal, secret ad unconstitutional domestic terrorist list.”
