Editor’s Note: Sorry for the all Caps – but I want folks to have a sense of alarm now with presidential orders conjuring up a pending massacre. We invite people to sign on and to indicate whether they want their names to appear or not – and it is quite ok to keep your name out of public in these circumstances especially. If you do not want to “join” this committee / network it is ok. This is not a petition per se and there likely could be other petitions – but this is for those who want to actively struggle to demand “no complicity” with fascist orders coming from the Trump Administration of all government and public and private entities. THE PURPOSE OF THIS COMMITTEE IS TO UNITE OUR COMMUNITIES IN SUPPORT OF OUR DIVERSITY AND OUR RIGHTS TO HOLD DIVERSITY OF OPINION AND TO ESPOUSE AND ACT UPON THOSE OPINIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE US CONSTITUTION.
WE REJECT THE DECLARATION THAT ANY ORGANIZATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS ARE TERRORIST OR PRE TERRORIST BY FIAT.
TERRORISM IS A CRIME WITH A DEFINITION AND YOU MUST HAVE EVIDENCE TO LEGALLY ACCUSE ANYONE OF TERRORISM.
ATTEMPTING TO WHOLESALE DECLARE SECTORS OF THE POPULATION OR ORGANIZATIONS AS TERRORIST HAS A DIFFERENT PURPOSE.
THE PURPOSE OF SUCH DECLARATION IS AN OPEN CALL FOR MASS SLAUGHTER AND TOTAL REPRESSION OF EVERY SORT OF THOSE WHO STAND SO FALSELY ACCUSED.
TRUMP IN QUANTICO IN FRONT OF THE COMPLETE ASSEMBLY OF US MILITARY GENERALS AND ADMIRALS SPOKE OF USING AMERICAN CITIES FOR PRACTICING WAR. HE SPOKE OF THE US MILITARY TARGETING AMERICANS WHO ARE A FICTITIOUS “ENEMY WITHIN” – THOSE PEOPLE HE IS ATTEMPTING TO CONDEMN AND SMEAR AS TERRORISTS. HE IS TRYING TO USE THE FALSE LABEL OF TERRORIST TO JUSTIFY ASSAULT INCLUDING LETHAL AND CAPTURE BY MILITARY OR FEDERAL POLICE AND AND TO INFLICT US WITH OTHER HARMS.
THAT THE PRESIDENT IS SIGNING THESE ILLEGAL ORDERS AND TAKING ACTION UPON THEM AND CALLING FOR SUPPORT OF ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT TO PARTICIPATE CREATES A CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS AND A CRISIS OF UNIMAGINABLE PROPORTION ACROSS ALL LEVELS OF LIVING IN THE UNITED STATES/
WE CALL UPON GOVERNMENT, ALL INSTITUTIONS AND PRIVATE ENTITIES AND INDIVIDUALS OF NEW JERSEY TO REFUSE ANY COLLABORATION WITH NSPM7 OR ILLEGAL ORDERS CLASSIFYING
IMMEDIATELY STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS INCLUDING NJ’S MATTHEW PLATKIN, MUST EXPLICITLY MANDATE THAT POLICE DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES REFUSE REQUESTS OR DEMANDS TO PARTICIPATE IS ASSISTING IN THESE REPRESSIVE AND ILLEGAL FEDERAL OPERATIONS.
THE OAG ACTION MUST BE IMMEDIATE TO INTERRUPT ANY DATA ALREADY BEING PROVIDED TO SUPPORT OUR MASSACRE AND TO PREVENT ANY FURTHER ASSESSMENT. WE ALSO DEMAND A TRANSPARENT REPORT ON ANY ASSISTANCE THAT NJ HAS ALREADY PROVIDED TO THE NSPM7 REPRESSIVE OPERATION.
WE CALL UPON ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS TO DRAFT STATEMENTS OF OPPOSITION AND PLANS OF PARTICIPATION AND TO APPROACH ORGANIZATIONS SIMILARLY AFFECTED BY THIS THREAT TO THE HUMANITY OF OUR COMMUNITIES, STATE AND NATION FOR OPPORTUNITIES FOR COLLABORATIVE CONVERGENCE AS A FIRST STEP TOWARD THE UNITY WE NEED RIGHT NOW TO RESIST WHAT APPARENTLY IS ALL OUT FASCISM!
