There is a tremendous amount of information from all directions. Much of what is provided by NJ ICE Breaking News, in this issue points to the fact that there is no longer a concept of human rights domestically in the USA. We have no Fourth Amendment, no First Amendment, no Second Amendment, no right to trial, to be representetd by an attorney, to be judged by a jury of peers, to confront our accuser. We can just be summarily accused and slaughtered in the street and the President and his top minions immediately spew lie after lie without a shred of evidence of accusations – with their assertion that proof and evidence and trials are not necessary to harm, maim and kill, only the proclamation of a tyrant or one of his servants is needed.
We are trying to determine the best way to update on the rising terror across the state of NJ, in part spurred on by the utter failure of the Democratic Party to deliver Immigrant Trust Act protections that were passed in the legislature but then vetoed by the outgoing Governor Murpyh on his last day in office – with no comment from Mikie Sherrill on that development. Indeed Lily Benavides of the Green Party has postulated that it is likely some in the NJ legislature intentionally split the Immigrant Trust Act into 3 parts in cahoots with Murphy so that he can veto the protections including from the codification of the Immigrant Trust Directive preventing NJ police involvement in federal immigration civil law enforcement.
There are proposals coming out from Sherrill – that Noem should be impeached – except when Sherrill was a Congress member – from the day that Senator Kim voted to confirm Noem as his first act as a newly elected “progressive” US Senator – she had plenty of opportunity to introduce and advocate Noem’s impeachment. She did not while she had the power to impeach her as Congress member but she professes to advocate it now! She has not even acknowledged National Security Presidential Memoranduum-7 which coordinates between the FBI and NJ local, county and state police officers assigned to Joint Terrorist Task Force duties to bring legal and possibly lethal harm to NJ residents and citizens based upon if we disagree with Trump on 10 matters. Sherrill has stated that NJ state intends to open a portal and is inviting NJ to send ICE videos but she is not telling us that those videos could be used as evidence to PROSECUTE those who we think we would be defending by sending the videos in. It is clear with her silence on National Security Presidential Memorandum 7 – that the intent is exactly to use the videos – not to help and defend us – but to help Trump come for us – as Governor Murphy did with his veto of Immigrant Trust Act including the codification of the Immigrant Protection Directive currently in force in NJ.
Lisa Davis is a NJ activist who was falsely prosecuted on fabricated testimony of lying police officers in South Orange after she provided video of a counter protester who endangered pro-Palestine Cease Fire advocates with multiple physical charges at a local protest group.
This editor states that the Sherrill ICE video portal is theater and she knows full well as a former Assistant Prosecutor that the video evidence can be used to prosecute protesters and immigrants. This editor says to you – please check with your attorney before giving Sherrill (in other words Trump’s National Security Presidential Memorandum – 7 thought control crackdown) any evidence that just might be used against YOU in a court of law! You can rest assured that Trump’s DoJ will seek any ICE portal evidence gathered and he will not be thinking about prosecuting ICE with the information! He will use that data on those videos to identify us and falsely proclaim us to be guilty of “domestic terrorism” because we protest his ICE terror war against American citizens and residents.
FightBackBetter is earnestly trying to figure out an accurate way to provide timely information about ICE terror in NJ. The response networks are over inundated and there is not a central repository for video and other evidence of documented cases of ICE activity including kidnapping and other violence. While we continue to gather the links to the attacks we come across – we are not in a position currently to exhaustively provide the details. We are researching automated tools to gather media information as well and hopefully can streamline the information.
A near future edition will highlight the various corporate and other economic campaigns by grassroots groups around NJ pressuring companies profiting from ICE terror and death camps – and hopefully bring forward discussion to thoroughly rout these blood thirsty gluttons for profit from human torture and murder of our own neighbors! Known examples in NJ include Home Depot, Citizens Bank, Palantir Pension Fund divestment push and in response to a local auto sales provided attempting to get a lucrative contract to equip the ICE vans as torture perveyance instruments to ship victims to death camps hot tied in torturous bondings – the modern day equivalent of the Auswitz train.

Minneapolis residents say ICE agents are violently targeting legal observers and community members as part of the Trump administration’s crackdown on immigrants. Patty O’Keefe, who was arrested while monitoring ICE activity in her vehicle, said agents “broke our two front windows and dragged us out,” then taunted her in custody.
