Timeline: Malicious False Accusation by Freiman / Drulis – Soon to be a Miniseries?
Perhaps my legal dilemma can be commissioned for a Net Flix short story:
Politicians, faced with a candidate challenging their support for an attack on NJ free speech attempt use lawfare, accusing their challenger of “bribery” for attempting to leverage potential voter power to oppose their repressive agenda. The accused (this editor) leverages his pro-Palestine news site FightBackBetter to provide play-by-play reports on the lawfare attempt and to present his legal arguments to eventually and apparently, successfully thwart the lawfare attempt.
Some who have read only part of a single article about this saga have been confused and dismissive of the harms brought to me because they do not understand what is going on – especially perplexing to them is what “bribery” has to do with it. In order to organize the infformation in a more useful way, FightBackBetter provides this time line of events. It is complicated with lots of details – not conducive for those who want to just like and move on and want everying assessed in a semi-sentence.
