#NJICEBreakingNews N. 20: US Installing More Permanent Infrastructure for War on People of NJ – We Fight Back!
Many ICE developments in NJ and it looks like things are heating toward a faster escalation toward a major show down: NJ seems to be in the cross hair of the Trump administration – ICE terror wise.
In recent days:
ICE opened fired for first time in streets of NJ in Roxbury NJ.
It was revealed that the US intends to set up a permanent presence in NJ on multiple sites with one site identified in Roseland NJ.
Children, students coming home from school fled for their lives seeing ICE on a stalking mission when they got off the bus from school in Lindewold NJ.
The ICE plans to convert a warehouse into a mass torture and death center in Roxbury move forward. The local Republican leadership resolves symbolically that they oppose the facility. They do not question the mission though of the Trump administration – they continue to support Trump and the ICE crackdown – just not the part about putting a death camp in the community against the wishes of his own party that controls the town’s governance.
And there was a video sent into a news station of ICE vehicles being transported through Morris County – where are they being stationed? The federal irregular and out of control militias – death and bully squads – are quietly moving in for a violent onslaught against all the millons of the peoples of NJ – all of us are under attack – even the ones cheering it on will have their tickets punched in the pending pogrom unless we stop it immediately!
On the fight back side, the students continue to walk out at high schools across the state of NJ. Here is our initial report from a week ago, we are catching up on a sequel posting capturing this most recent week of NJ student history in the people’s struggle – FightBackBetter in addition to amplifying our fight aims to document “the people’s” historic record.
After Murphy vetoed 2/3 of the Immigration Trust Act as his last action – or inaction – in office, much to the disappointment of community fighters, the legislature has introduced a WATER DOWNED VERSION of the parts that Murphy vetoed. The distrust of the Democratic Party to protect NJ continues to grows!

ICE turning a NJ town into a Ghost Town – we do not need this terror in our lives and we must act to put an end to it!
Anonymous footage confirms a transport truck carrying ICE vehicles through Morris County on Tuesday, Feb 10th. Spotted heading East on I-80 near Exit 34 (Wharton) around 6:00 PM.
This follows reports of similar vehicles arriving at ICE offices in Pennsylvania last week (Link: https://local21news.com/…/photos-vehicles-marked-with…).
While the “Defend the Homeland” branding isn’t new, seeing these vehicles moving deeper into NJ is a serious concern. This is the language of fascism wrapped in nationalism—rebranding our neighbors as “invaders” to justify militarized force and state aggression. They are still out there. We need to be the eyes and ears of our community.

NJ Legislature Back Tracks – Weakens Immigrant Trust bills passed in January and vetoed by NJ Governor Murphy. Community groups believed the same bills that were already approved would be introduced but instead the bills were weakened by the Democratic Party leadership.
