NJ Monitor Paves Way Toward Ending Free Press in NJ, Functions as Stenographer for Fascist Bill
NJ Monitor ran a totally one sided article without even bothering to reach out to anyone holding an opposing view on the topic of the Assembly version of a bill A3558 that will among other things eliminate a free press in NJ. A3558 is the assembly version of the bill that will impose IHRA fraudulent definition of supposed “antisemitism” that defines the term to include any criticism of Israel. Based upon the bill, if passed, legal action will be taken against people and groups that criticize Israel and institutions that permit such protected free speech under the false accusation that such protected speech creates an anti-semitic environment. There is a tremendous wealth of expertise in NJ that could have been contacted but no – Nikita just did a little stenography job. Good news for him, he is well suited for the environment that will result if these bills get passed since he already writes in fascist ink. Nikita Biryukov’s one sided report is at this link. The following is my letter to NIkita Biryukov the stenographer who wrote the one sided article.

I am a journalist, a reporter and editor and I own my own news site FightBackBetter.com .
I read your one sided article about the fascist bill that Schaer is pushing that will make it illegal to say anything negative about Israel!
You write the article WITHOUT EVEN INTERVIEWING the advocates and the future potential victims of these fascist policies.
1 million NJ citizens, voters, residents will face definite legal harm from this fascist bill – it is a declaration of civil war on advocates for Palestine.
You are spokesperson for fascism in that you did not get both sides and after this bill passes – all NJ journalism will be stenography for fascism – free speech will be destroyed – you as a journalist drove a nail home on a free press in NJ.
Hang your head in shame!
I would be happy to be interviewed and set you up with dozens of experts – about how this will destroy free speech in NJ.

About what specifically am I uninformed – what is incorrect in my letter?
I read it and am not uninformed – but I am glad you are responding because your response is now public.
The bill is paired with another that will provide the action component requiring all agencies and institutions to implement this false definition of antisemitism to conform or else lose state funding.
These laws will unleash massive law fare attacks with threats to sue institutions if they do not suppress disagreeable commentary about Israel.
