NJ LD 16 Pick of 4 Fascists for Assembly
Before anyone else says it – nobody is going to listen to me. I get it. When I was falsely accused of a felony by Freiman and Drulis in March of 2025 there were only two people in LD16 who spoke up denouncing the accusation with any specifity, Mazhar Syed and Amanda Baumunk, who challenged unsuccessfully in the primary for Montgomery’s Committee seats.
Freiman and Drulis put me under threat of indictment for almost 4 weeks. I literally pleaded every single day during that period to Montgomery Mayor and Committee and to the two fascist candidates Drulis and Freiman for them to publicly and effectively take action to call for release of the police report without charges – to fix the damages and harms they brought to me legally. Freiman and Drulis believe their Assembly seats empowers them to misuse their office and initiate a false police investigation – which in effect derailed my attempted candidacy and threatened to imprison me for the remainder of my life. The silence of the Democratic Party shows that as an organization it will support fascist candidates who abuse the human rights of their constituents as Freiman and Drulis did to me.
The fact that nobody came to my rescue and called out the abuse is an indicment on the LD16 Democratic Party, the Montgomery Democratic Party, the Somerset County Prosecutor and Commissioners and the residents and voters who knew about the situation and did nothing as well as the media that was complicit with the fascism by refusing to report it locally. It is clear to me that LD 16 voters are not sitting around waiting for me to tell them what to do with their vote. But nonetheless – speaking against fascism and calling it out continuously is the only way to fight it so here I am!

Two days after I announced my plans to challenge their bid for office NJ Assembly Member Roy Freiman with full support of his partner Mitchelle Drullis falsely accused me of “bribery” to the local police. The county prosecutor’s office immediately stated that no crime was committed in their opinion but for some corrupt purpose that has never been explained – the Somerset County (currently Democrat controlled) Prosecutor sent the false accusation to the NJ Office of Attorney General where it sat for almost 4 weeks as I looked over my shoulder for the police to come for me.
There is no conscienable way for me to vote for the two corrupt fascist incumbents Drulis and Freiman – the only consciencious move is to write this article and do everything I can between now and election day to circulate this article.
WHAT ABOUT THE REPUBLICAN CANDIDATES
To their credit – the two Republicans Catherine Payne and Scott Sipos actually condemned Freiman’s false police report. They offered me little sympathy or support and did not call for the report to be dismissed. It was more of a grandstand and they did nothing more after their initial condemnation to support me or to advocate rejection of the false accusation. In their defense, since the accusation was made by the Democratic Party it was more up to the Democrats to fix the damages they brought to me – of course that never happened.
Any Republican candidate running for any office in the USA right now – unless they specifically denounce the fascism of the psychopathic Trump – that means they are MAGA breathing fascists and I believe that is true about Payne and Sipos.
In front of 800 US generals and admirals in Quantico, psychos Trump and Hegseth did a clown dance and talked about the US Armed Forces practicing war games in our cities and he called for the military to operate domestically against an “internal” enemy – they elaborate that to be “the radical left” or “ANTIFA” – those are euphemisms for anyone the MAGA psychopaths disagree with. Trump has issued an illegal order calling ANTIFA “a domestic terrorist organization.” ANTIFA is not even an organization – it is a belief that means literally anti-fascist! So what does it mean for the psychopath to call anti fascism terrorism? He also signed another illegal order (NSPM-7) listing 10 opinions that if we have any of them we are terrorists. Keep in mind it will be a MAGA psychopath deciding if your opinions qualify.
Firstly – terrorism is a crime that involves violent attack for political or social purpose – an accusation that a more prudent person would make sure they had evidence before falsely accusing. Anyone who starts defining anyone that disagrees with them to be terrorist (or anti-Semitic for that matter) is conjuring up fascist repression. In the psychopath’s case he is very specifically stating that he wants the military to use “full” (lethal) force against who he considers his domestic opponents.
Most recently US Rep. Johnson and national MAGA minions are accusing the NO KINGS marchers and ralliers planning to oppose the Trump lawlessness on October 18 terrorists, haters, HAMAS and other false smears – setting up pretext for possible slaughter of protesters.
These questions are for Sipos and Payne and every other Republican running for political office in 2025:
Do you agree with the plans outlined by Trump in front of 800 generals to practice Pentagon war games in our cities and use the military to carry out lethal harm to Americans who disagree with MAGA?
Do you agree with Trump and others around him that anti-fascists, anyone who has a list of 10 opinions outlined in NSPM-7, even transgender are “terrorists” and that military force should be used against us? Do you have a statement announcing your disagreement?
Any Republican candidate who has not specifically stated their opposition to Trump’s announced plan to basically annihilate millions of Americans – WE MUST ASSUME THEY ARE IN ON THE PLAN and that they are psychopaths following the mold of MAGA bootlickers who messianically worship Trump and his absolute depravity.
Sipos and Payne I call you out as fascist supporters of Trump’s announced plan in front of the full assembly of the US military brass to use the US military to attack his political enemies. You can clarify it but your silence means that you defer to and agree with Trump’s plan to slaughter millions of Americans who disagree with MAGA.
SO WHAT TO DO?
Nobody is waiting for me – I am assuming most LD16 voters will do exactly what they planned to do and vote for the fascists with the D or the ones with the R after their names but they are all voting for fascists who are working to bring violence and terror to NJ.
I will write in Mazhar Syed and Mahmoud Desouky (who was unsuccessful primary challernger to fascists Freiman and Drulis). I will never vote for someone who will bring fascist harm and repression even if they might be slightly better than their opponent on other issues. I urge all of this LD, state and nation to do some deep thinking and planning as to how we fight fascism and I expose the fraud of Freiman and Drulis if they claim to represent opposition to fascism – they used their political power to come for me.
I WILL COME FOR DRULIS AND FREIMAN AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE WHENEVER THEY TRY TO LIE TO THE PEOPLE AGAIN AS HAVING ANY CLAIM TO VIRTUE – I WILL REMIND IF I HAVE THE CAPACITY TO DO SO THAT THEY WILL PUT YOU IN PRISON FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE IF THEY CAN PULL IT OFF TO PROTECT THEIR POLITICAL AMBITIONS! THEY ARE HORRIBLE CORRUPT FASCISTS!
