Mahmoud Deportation Threat Based Upon Same Narrative of NJ Legislative Democrats IHRA Proposal – Same Fascism as Trump!

The latest update in the situation of Mahmoud Khalil is that a Lousiana judge determined that he thinks Mahmoud Khalil should be deported to Algeria or Syria over accusations of documentation errors on immigration forms submitted years ago.
Syria was recently taken over by a regime that is ruled by thugs who grew out of Al Qaeda, ISIL, ISIS and Al Nusra. They are conducting a purge of Christians and others seen to be unaligned with the political and religious ideology of the current rulers. In effect this deportation could be a death sentence for Mahmoud Khaliil.
Mahmoud Khalil was originally targeted over his opposition to US support for Israel and his participation in protests at Columbia University. He was not a leader or organizer – more of a spokesperson for talks with the administration during some of the protests there. The original intent to deport him for his Palestine stance was overruled in courts so the Trump administration went deep and contrived the documentation allegations – but the true cause of his repression is his stance on the US supported genocide in Gaza. Trump is acting on Israel’s behest. Israel would like to do to those of us who oppose its genocide the same thing it does to Palestinians in Gaza. Trump and the Democrats are helping Israel toward that objective.
The issue is not settled as the NJ court had decided that Mahmoud Khalil should be released and currently has an order that Mahmoud NOT be deported. Some sort of decision will likely settle that – hopefully in favor of the NJ courts.
Here in NJ what do we do? What should the Democrats do? What should supporters of ending genocide do?
Fightbackbetter of course condemns this illegal order to deport Mahmoud Khalil and our staff is confident history will judge all those directly involved in this travesty. Also history will bring accountability to those who supported policies similar to those being used to illegally harm Mahmoud Khalil and his family. That includes NJ’s Democratic Parry which is hip joined to the Trump-ian Republicans in the NJ legislature on the fascist IHRA proposed measures. They are united with Trump – Sherrill is united with Ciattarrelli and *most* of the Democratic Party Assembly candidates are united with their Trump counterparts. They are united to try to impose IHRA forced loyalty to Israel to bring serious legal harm to millions of NJ citizens and residents who oppose US support for Israel and genocide.

We call upon all organizations and individuals to declare support for that demand.
To the NJ Democrats this editor says – look at Mahmoud Khalil – YOU ARE DOING THIS TO HIM! Your IHRA law if your fascist objective is achieved and it passes will do this to your own children who are not going to have the same pro-Israel opinion as you! They do not want to live in the cages that Israel and USA are creating for us and starting to round us into right now – whether you come for us through ICE terror, or IHRA fascist terror or over our opinion about the hater Kirk’s demise – you are responsible and you are aiding the Trump fascist push.
As for NJ’s Republicans – your brains have left the planet. You sit around and watch the lunatic bloviate and scream and do his cosplay Hitler routine – destroying everything and you cheer it on and want more. You want to shame us with your attitude of hating on everyone – the Palestinians, the immigrants, Blacks, Latinos (you just call them DEI), women, LGBT, the homeless and more. You say that you do not have empathy for those WE DO HAVE empathy for and then you demand that we have empathy for your big hater hero Kirk who said that empathy was not even a real word. We know you want people who disagree with you in prison or dead – you want to send cops, ICE, troops after people who disagree with you. You want nobody to be brave enough to speak a word that dissents from POTUS.
So we know you are coming for us. Do not assume it will be easy or that you will prevail and do rest assured, history will be waiting in judgment for your role in these fascist times: for the carnage you are about to bring in your attempt to slaughter and imprison your own neighbors. We have empathy for each other but none for our oppressors – so you best get used to that. If you are coming for us we are politically coming for you.
Be you Democrat or Republican – if you support fascist measures you are fascist – you are an oppressor – and we the oppressed are not with you. We will fight you.
