PAX Christi Coordinating FOSNA Launch of NJ: Christian Solidarity with Palestine Sat April 13 – Sunday April14 Activities

Kathy O’Leary has been busy in solidarity with Palestine. On behalf of Pax Christi NJ, she coordinated 6-weeks of protest at US Senator Booker’s office in Newark during the Lenten season. In between the Booker weekly protests, she also represented at other community events.

She has been instrumental in putting together this weekend series of events to launch FOSNA NJ which will work to coordinate greater faith based Christian solidarity organizing for Palestine.

See the linked article above for the Saturday’s event.

Following is an explanation of the thoughts of those who are embarking on this faith based mission and following that, information about a Sunday lunch reception in Clifton NJ at the Palestine American Community Center.

The weekend celebration of solidarity will commence Sunday at 6pm in what promises to be a spirited protest against L3Harris in Clifton that is profiting directly from connections to gen0cide as well as the ICE detention camp system  of USA.  See details – article linked below.

This development of a Christian based solidarity organized effort in solidarity with Palestine can only increase the strength and improve the effectiveness of our collective efforts!

Best to Pax Christi and FOSNA NJ!

Apparently there is a growing movement around the US of Christians organizing to support and end to genocide – this just occurred today (April 9, 2024)
