Fightbackbetter Launches “Breaking the ICE in NJ,” Premiere Issue Dec. 20, 2025

This is the first sample of what FightBackBetter hopes will be a regular, ideally daily report on the ICE terror that the US government is bringing to NJ and the efforts of democratic forces to support our communities and oppose the ongoing community assault.  The goal will be a collective effort hopefully engaging participants in the opposition efforts in helping to gather and present the information.  More details forthcoming – for now the report. 

There is a horrid development that a detainee at the Delaney Newark detention camp has died in custody according to a news report from December 19.  There is at least one report of ICE nabbing a resident in Trenton.  There are reports of a launch of an effort to challenge Home Depot whose management helped finance Trump’s election and whose grounds are provided to federal agents to use as a base for their illegal terror assaults on our communities.  Use this drop box to provide information – and also to let us know if you are interested in assisting in the coverage of this issue – we understand everybody’s capacity limits but if there is interest in helping make this report work – use the form to contact.

We demand that Home Depot immediately:

(1) Home Depot should denounce the raids publicly.

(2) Home Depot should be transparent about all aspects of the raids for the safety of everyone.

(3) In response to the human rights crisis at their stores, Home Depot should do more than they are currently doing, which is nothing.
