An AIPAC Bloc Super Party Rules the USA
Across both dominant US political parties, the democrats and republicans, is an alliance based upon a set of principles that rise above all other concerns of those that are part of this bloc. This editor will label the party or perhaps more accurately a “bloc” as the “AIPAC Bloc”.
AIPAC is a registered lobby with the purpose of promoting the interests of Israel as a superseding concern over serving the needs of the American people. Unlike the Democratic and Republican parties which superficially engage the American people to develop their platforms, the priorities of the AIPAC block are determined by supporters of Israel who take their lead from the dictates of the Israel government.
The AIPAC Bloc prioritizes the interests of the Israel state as communicated through the AIPAC lobby over all other concerns. It is not a balancing act. The politicians taking the AIPAC funds will lose support if they deviate from the dictates. US interests are subordinated to Israel interests whenever there is a conflict including funding, health care, humanitarian concerns, free speech rights, US university participation in genocidal and repressive Israel driven projects, college funding, mandatory business relations with Israel businesses, manipulation of legislative decisions and the national and state level and the decisions of the POTUS.
The AIPAC Bloc in US politics includes Trump and Harris and BIden – all of whose recent political ambitions have been thoroughly financed by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). It includes about 80 % of US congressional and senate representatives and likely a similar level of control of state legislatures.
Meanwhile most Americans that pay attention to politics are more fixated on the competition between the Democrats and Republicans.
There has been a narrative promoted by pro-Israel advocates that discussion of the AIPAC hold on US and state level government is somehow antisemitic. It is not mentioned in IHRA narrative that AIPAC must be protected as an entity of Judaism. It is typical of pro-Israel proponents to attempt to shut down as anti-semitism any discussion of the very real impact of having 80% of congress aligned with the easily proven connection of funding. This editor dismisses those false smears without further discussion under the motto: always tell the truth!
ISRAEL’S DEMANDS PRIORITIZED OVER SERVING THE NEEDS OF AMERICAN WORKERS
- Americans need health care for all. You know who has Health Care for All? Israelis. Everyone should have free health care but Israel, the nation state does not pay for theirs – American tax dollars are used to finance health care for all for Israelis but not for Americans. How can that be right!
- Americans are overwhelmingly now of the opinion that US and Israeli policy in Gaza is wrong but President Trump and the AIPAC Uniparty Bloc maintains rigid reign over its recipients to assure they are aware that they will lose the AIPAC campaign backing if they vote against the military aid to Israel. So while individual congress members not on the AIPAC dole dissent from Israel armaments approvals – they will never amount to a serious challenge with the 80% AIPAC Bloc Party control.
- AIPAC just organized a class trip to Israel – and paid for it – for 250 state legislators – 5 from each state including NJ to attend a bunch of training sessions on how to pursue Israel’s agenda in the state legislature which in NJ includes bipartisan support for IHRA fascism, investment in Israeli bonds, BDS opposition and an Israel commission that legally attaches NJ interests to Israel interests and facilitates NJ business relations with and profiting directly from the genocidal slaughter.
- In NJ there has been tremendous pressure from legislators to repress student supporters of peace and opponents of US / Israel genocide on the college campuses and at NJ high schools.
- This a major one that the NJ media is silent on: an intelligence unit at Rutgers University is coordinating Israeli and US intelligence gathering and writing fictional accusations with students and faculty. The project was instrumental in smearing TikTok as a news source since it was revealing the genocidal and depraved nature of US and Israel – and now is preparing smearing lies against Palestine advocates in the USA to bring IHRA motivated repression including economic sanctions against organizations and individuals. Reports from this Rutgers effort has led to targeting NJ’s beloved Palestinian-American Community Center in Clifton and 18 other organizations some of which have members and volunteers in NJ! Rutgers is directly collaborating with Israel to bring fascist repression against citizens and residents specifically in NJ and throughout the USA! Rutgers is working to bring the Gaza genocide to NJ streets!
- Israel is unable to recruit more soldiers from its own people now after 2 years of genocide and is recruiting pro-Israel Americans and there are proposals that they be provided the same benefits on the dime of the US tax payer as American troops get for military participation in the US Armed Forces.
Those are only a small taste of the massive influence this foreign entity has on the USA and it is administered by AIPAC and other pro-Israel lobby groups who advocate that the US priortize Israel’s interests over our own.
Only when we realize this reality and begin to plan our fight around the fact that our struggle is much more complicated than D’s vs. Rs when there is a quasi AIPAC Bloc Uniparty that carves out an overwhelming majority in Congress and the US Senate and owns the presidential candidates of both parties – can we begin to make the proper decisions to struggle forward.
It is daunting to understand this reality and some do understand it but still create dissonance in their minds to ignore the reality. If that is the M.O. – every thing we do for struggle is wasted.
If we want to figure out how to stop all of the horrible crises we are facing right now – clear thinking and accurate analysis is a must.
Currently much of the opposition to Trump is controlled by elected Democrats who are indeed part of the AIPAC Bloc Super Uniparty. The most reprehensible thing that Trump is doing right now is supporting Israel in its final moves to exterminate and completely remove Palestinians from Gaza. The AIPAC Uniparty and its Democratic Party members support this Trump policy and that is why they never include Gaza in their opposition to Trump. So on the most important issue – those following these AIPAC Bloc Uniparty members leads – are wasting their time and efforts. The AIPAC Bloc Uniparty right now is depending on Trump’s current role in support of the final solution as well as in its plan to restart its unprovoked war on Iran so their Democratic Party opposition is told to continue to “Stand With Israel” and what that means is to support Trump’s policies in the Middle East.
