Democrats In New Jersey Have Two Serious Problems
(Probably more…but I want to point out two)
We are on the verge of electing a Republican Governor for the state of NJ, and in my opinion it is going to happen for two central reasons.
1. GAZA
2. LACK OF REAL PROTECTION FOR IMMIGRANTS
The horrors of what is happening in Gaza, and throughout the Middle East, (at the hands of an out-of-control Israel and out-of-control U.S.) has discredited Democrats more than it has Trump-Republicans.
Trump-Republicans, in this day and age, have chosen the side of open racism, xenophobia and hatred. There is little to no expectation of anything that looks like morality, justice or the way of peace. Trump’s people will vote for Trump regardless…
Democrats, on the other hand, seem spineless to defend NJ’s immigrant communities against disappearances, domestic terror, internment camps and abuse. Most elected officials have gone silent—and they look ridiculous. In my opinion any spineless/heartless Democrat should be challenged by a Democratic Socialist Type Dem. next time around.
And, Democrats in NJ, at an incredibly high percentage, have not condemned or in any way challenged Israel’s Genocide.
Why should I trust you about Medicaid, or Sanctuary-status, or school funding, or affordable housing, or DEI, or women’s rights if you cannot say that the genocide must stop, that the funding of the genocide by our country must stop. Instead, there are bills being considered that call critique of Israel anti-semitism.
I fully expect turnout for the gubernatorial election will be low for Dems because they look so uncaring.
Democrats have a GAZA problem and a NO REAL PROTECTION FOR IMMIGRANTS problem.
Between now and November the party will be terrified to say anything—afraid of losing votes.
You’ve already lost the votes that you need. You’ve lost the huge portion of this state that is disgusted by Genocide and disgusted by the Decimation of our Immigrant Community.
Rich, Spineless, Heartless, White, Liberalism is over.
