New Jersey Peace Action in DC for Peace and Cease Fire in Gaza, Apr 10
Down on Capitol Hill today with @nj.peaceaction advocating for the people of #Gaza. We are demanding a ceasefire and for independent aid organizations to be allowed to deliver humanitarian aid to the people there, most especially the children. We are also asking our NJ elected officials to join @repbonnie and @senatorandykim in saying NO to sending more weapons to Israel. As one of our colleagues asked @corybooker’s staff, “Does Israel really need another 35,000 bombs to drop on Gaza? What is there left to destroy?”
It is amazing to me how disconnected most of our NJ delegation is from the suffering of the children in Gaza. If you’re reading this, and you care, call your Rep and our Senators today!
Peace, JWK
