Lily Benavides: NJ OAG Must Forbid NJ Police Participation in NSPM7 Death Squad Snitch Lists

As previously reported Trump signed a patently illegal and fascist NSPM-7 (National Security Presidential Memorandum) executive order that defines 10 opinions – if you have those opinions according to the order you are labeled a terrorist and the government is authorizing full force (lethal) to come for you (us!).

Ken Klippentstein who was also the source of our first report on this topic provides this important update about comments by US Senator Slotkin on the topic.

The conservative Democratic US Senator from Michigan Elissa Slotkin states that the Trump administration is making a secret list of what he considers terrorist organizations and that the “full force” (that could likely include lethal) measures will be taken. She believes the list will be kept secret based upon Trump’s refusal to share a similar list of supposed drug involved gangs that are also illegally classified as “terrorist” by a separate illegal executive order.

Senator Slotkin did not provide specifics on how the information is being obtained and from what law enforcement agencies but presumably the administration is approaching NJ state and local policing agencies for such support. Participating in the creation of this list is parttaking in a plan to kill Americans. The lists being created are essentially death squad lists. Slotkin’s concerns are far from alarmist, she has intelligence background – the fact that they are preparing to start rounding us up and to kill and harm us being expressed by Senator Slotkin makes this more than the rantings of a FightBackBetter editor.

NJ must take it seriously.

“I hereby call upon NJ Attorney General Matthew Platkin to immediately notify all NJ law enforcement agencies at the state, county and municipal level to forbid any and all participation in creation of lists based upon political beliefs illegally defined by Trump’s patently illegal and fascist NSPM-7 as ‘terrorist’. I demand that you fully disclose and halt any such conspiracy participation immediately. Terrorism is a serious crime of bringing physical harm, violence, damages for political purpose and it requires evidence of such act to accuse someone of terrorism legally. Signing an order that says you are a terrorist because you disagree with a psychopath does not count to make anyone a terrorist except maybe Trump and anyone that tries to act on NSPM-7. Any complicity of NJ OAG and NJ police at any level in this NSPM 7 is complicity in a criminal conspiracy to slaughter millions of Americans. NSPM-7 lists such disagreements with MAGA over foreign policy, religion, what Trump considers “American values,” immigration, gender issues, race issues, whether the US government can be reformed or not – beliefs – as acts of terrorism. It is nonsense.

Don’t wait until they are piling bodies on our corners and the media is dutifully reporting “another two dozen terrorists were found and neutralized in downtown Paterson today ” in its daily news updates. AG Platkin I implore you to immediately prevent NJ police participation in this fascist event of creating an NSPM-7 terrorist smear list which in effect serves as a death squad list and I implore candidates Sherrill and Ciattarelli to join me in this demand! I also call upon the NJ Congressional delegation and NJ Senators to use the full force of their office to stop the implementation of NSPM-7 using all possible legislative and personal means. All NJ state legislators and Governor Murphy also must immediately condemn any complicity in NSPM-7 mass terror criminal conspiracy.”

FightBackBetter editorially joins in this demand and hereby urges all NJ organizations and individuals in support of human rights must join in demanding that OAG Matthew Platkin immediately forbid NJ police agencies from contributing to any NSPM-7 creation of a list of groups falsely smeared as “terrorist.” We also call out any non-state actors who start making snitch lists – we will consider your participation in that process as hostile to our existence.
