The meeting will focus on opposition to NJ police and other complicity in various fascist repressive measures falsely equating protected legal free speech activity and beliefs with illegal actions including terrorism. Trump is attempting to use that lying narrative to bring massive repression and they are requesting and demanding support from police departments at every level across the nation. They are threatening people they disagree with – literally with lethal military action.
We have a highly focused effort with the goal of keeping NJ individuals and organizations off of what is tantamount to a death squad list. NJ OAG Matthew Platkin must immediately issue a directive to NJ police departments and agencies at all levels mandating that they do not comply with any requests or demands for information or support regarding NSPM7 from the US Department of Justice. The requests are likely already out so the action must be taken immediately.
After the presentations, there will be an organizing meeting with a proposed outlined action plan.
