FightBackBetter Editor to NJ Legislature on Codifying IHRA Fraudulent Definition of “Antisemitism”
Dear NJ Legislators,
Throughout 2024, NJ citizens have been in contact with members of the NJ Assembly and NJ Senate to oppose some of your support of the IHRA fraudulent definition of “antisemitism” to include criticism of Israel. The laws you are considering will bring legal harm to between a half million to a million NJ citizens and residents. You have been made aware of the harm these laws will bring and the destruction they will have on our beloved First Amendment Free Speech (and related) protections. That has not stopped the consideration of these harmful laws. As we collectively continue to try to educate you, we are taking political action.
We are recruiting candidates to challenge every NJ Assembly seat up for a vote in 2025 with the platform of protecting the free speech rights of all NJ residents, citizens and visitors including the right to criticize policies related to US relations with Israel:

Ultimately our goal is the defeat of these attempts to criminalize thoughts, words, actions, speech, political opinions, writings, dress, cultural expression and to protect our children, our families, our communities, our colleagues and ourselves from the harm you are attempting to bring to us.
This political response to the threat of harmful repressive legislation will be matched by many more steps that NJ communities will take to defeat the attempt to launch lawfare, police and military attack on our communities. We will defend and prevail.
