Over the past year, millions of dollars in military cargo have left New Jersey’s ports and headed for Occupied Palestine to supply the Israeli death machine with the US funded arms that murder and displace our people in Gaza. We say: not in our backyards!
Join the #ShutItDown4Palestine Coalition on December 14th for a press conference and rally outside Jersey City Hall, demanding a people’s arms embargo and an end the US war machine that puts profit over people. At 1PM, we will hold a press conference to share campaign developments around the people’s arms embargo, including the Palestinian Youth Movement’s international Mask Off Maersk campaign, which aims to pressure the world’s largest logistics company and supplier of military cargo to Israel to divest from the death of our people. The press conference will be followed by a rally at 2PM to make our demand known to local and federal officials: ARMS EMBARGO NOW.
We will not rest until Palestine is free.
