West Orange Stolen Land Protest Leads to Physical Confrontation w/ Pro-Israel Faction

Wed.Nov.13, West Orange, NJ. A number of Pro- Palestinian organizations gathered at the corner of Ellis and Forest Ave. From there, the spirited group proceeded to Congregation Ohr Torah on Pleasant Valley Way, an Orthodox synagogue. Upon arrival, the pro-Palestinian group was met by a vocal pro – Israeli contingent. Words were exchanged, which led to a small physical confrontation between a couple of protesters. A Palestinian supporter required medical assistance.
