Trump Legal Doctrine: His Word is Law and Suggesting Otherwise is a Criminal Offense
If you accuse someone of a crime you should have evidence. If you accuse someone of a crime without evidence you are a smearing, slandering, libeling, lying abuser of power . That is how law works supposedly. You, Trump, or anyone else just saying something does not make it a fact or true or take away the rights of the person you are falsely accusing. If you use police forces of any type or military to enforce apprehension of people that you falsely accuse of crimes, or prosecutors to bring charges based on fake lawfare accusations, you are abusing power – basically you are fascists. The cops and soldiers that carry out the order – and the prosecutors and lawfare attorneys – regardless if they are ICE, CBP, FBI, NJSP, Local, County – etc – or bureaucrats – are following the orders of fascists and are themselves jackboot fascist tools.
What I describe above is Trump Legal Doctrine and it is illustrated here. It is not a matter of dispute that Kilmar Abrego Garcia is innocent of false gang accusations given as the reasons to send him to a Salvadorean death camp – even the Trump administration has stated it was an “error.” The statement is untrue what this so called Trumpian “Counter terror czar” – a made up position – Sebastian Gorka made.
He has stated that advocating for Kilmar Garcia is “aidng and abetting terrorist” – a totally manufactured lie but he thinks he can just state it into fact. Kilmar Abrejo Garcia is not a terrorist and advocating for his due process is not a crime. Legally he is bozo the clown on both measures – you can not make up either crime and then start rounding people up under US law.
Laws are not made up by pronouncements of Trump appointees to phony positions nor is guilt of any crime determined by the lying statement of Gorka, Musk, Trump, Bond, Noem or any other of the fire breathing fascists who think their word is law and it is illegal to say otherwise. That is the Trump Legal Doctrine. It is absolutely false and makes sense only in the comic book world of super villains.
There was no proof of gang membership that was tested in court for ANY of those sent to the Salvadorean death camp and it is a wonder how many of them are already dead – it is likely illegal in the minds of the US promoters of this fascist Trump-ian narrative to even wonder about how many of them are already dead.
It is like when Trump in service to his Israel best friends forever says that all of us who oppose genocide are “Hamas” or “AntiSemitic”. Him or any of his appointees saying that does not make it true. It is a smear, a lie, a false accusation made to bring legal harm to anyone who dares to disagree. Are we also headed to the Death Camps of El Salvador – elsewhere or here within the confines of the US for our opposition genocide? NOT WITHOUT A FIGHT!
Trump’s Legal Doctrine that his word is law would not stand a true test in court. Trump is being turned back in many judicial rulings. He is refusing to comply with the determinations. Battle lines are being drawn.
Meanwhile Democrats are participating in Handing US Off to Trump while posing at “Hands Off” rallies – this editor was victim of similar false accusation by the Freiman Drulis LD 16 NJ Assembly campaign in a police report . They followed the precise Trump doctrine, made up a false accusation and tried to bring legal mayhem upon this editor. Roy Freiman’s lie to the police did not make a fact any more than the lies of Trump or Bozo the Fake Czar.
