NJ Medical Students for Palestinian – Remember the Names of the Victims of Genocide!
A few months ago, NJMS students came together to write the names of the martyrs of Gaza. On Friday, February 23, we displayed those scrolls in the medical school for all to see. When we began writing, there were around 7,000 names, a number which has climbed to nearly 30,000. As healthcare workers, there is no turning a blind eye to mass human suffering; that is antithetical to our profession. We mourn the thousands of lives lost during this ongoing genocide against the people of Gaza and call for an immediate and permanent ceasefire and an end to apartheid and the occupation of Palestine. #gaza #freepalestine
